·       Granny Flat must have a 24m2 court yard space, with an area of at least 4m wide
·       Maximum of 1 granny flat per lot
·       Conditions apply for flood zones and bushfire areas.


3. Please obtain the following documents

-       The below documents are requires for the approval and planing stage.
-       Request a 149 planning certificate from your local council include section (2) and (5)
-       Sewer Diagram which can be accessed from Cooks plumbing or Reece plumbing
